Dear Order of Nancy Members,

It’s time for our next “Rare Selections” single barrels! These limited releases are handpicked by our own members and represent some of the most unique and exceptional whiskey we have to offer. Every Rare Selection is a chance to showcase our community’s expertise and palate, and the success of these releases could pave the way for even more member-driven picks in the future.

‍Here’s how it works:
‍Selectors will sample five different barrel options and vote for their top two— but with a twist. To ensure a true sensory evaluation, all samples are tasted blind. The mashbills and barrel types will be provided but not in the order of the samples. Selectors will also have the chance to purchase their chosen bottles in a special pre-sale before the rest of the Order.

Now, it’s time to choose our next Selectors!
On Monday, October 6, 2025, we’ll run a raffle in the Order of Nancy Facebook Group. Members who sign up will be entered for a chance to win one of 21 in-person selector spots for our barrel pick at Still Austin Whiskey Co. on November 1, 2025. For those who can’t make it to Austin, there will be 6 remote tasting kits mailed out on October 20, 2025, with votes due by October 26, 2025. (Note: Texas residents are not eligible for remote kits.)

Once bottled, these barrels will be sold just like our Distillery Reserve Series: purchase online and pick up at the distillery. While shipping isn’t available yet, we’ll hold bottles for out-of-state members until their next trip to Austin.

We can’t wait to see which barrels this legendary Order selects. Your palate, your vote, your whiskey.
