We’ve been working with the Texas Whiskey Association to enact a temporary change in Texas’s direct shipping law for distilled spirits, due to the coronavirus situation. This change would allow you to shop online for distilled spirits and have them shipped directly to your doorstep. With that said, we are still 100% committed to supporting our partners, including local liquor stores, our distributor partners, and small businesses. For those who are able to safely shop for products, we encourage you to continue to support your local store.

Here’s the letter from the Texas Distilled Spirits Association and the Texas Whiskey Association to Gov. Greg Abbott:
